Terms and Conditions for Clients Requesting a Freelance Mobile Hairdresser via Hairhere

These terms and conditions apply to clients who engage freelance mobile hairdressers through Hairhere, a recruitment agency. By requesting the services of a freelance hairdresser through Hairhere, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Job Request and Agreement
1.1. The client agrees to the terms of the contract for the hairdressing services provided by a freelance hairdresser, facilitated by Hairhere.
1.2. The client acknowledges that the freelance hairdresser will receive 70% of the total contract amount, only after the client has approved the work. Any discrepancies or dissatisfaction with a booking must be communicated with Hairhere via email by 10pm on the conclusion of the visit. 

Stylists require a chair and table for their visit and a space suitable for a hair dryer to be used without disturbing the workplace. We don’t recommend kitchens due to hygiene reasons.

2. Payment Structure
2.1. The client agrees that the freelance hairdresser will be paid 70% of the contract value upon approval of the completed work.
2.2. The remaining 30% of the total contract value is a non-refundable fee paid to Hairhere for facilitating the engagement of the freelance hairdresser. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including disputes or dissatisfaction with the service.

3. Client Approval Process
3.1. Upon completion of the service, the client has until 10pm from the designated end time of the hairdressing appointment to approve the work or request a refund.
3.2. If the client does not submit a refund request or raise a dispute within the end of day limit, the service will automatically be considered approved, and payment will be released to the freelance hairdresser.
3.3. If a refund or dispute is raised within the time frame, payment to the freelance hairdresser will be held until the issue is resolved.

4. Refund Requests and Dispute Resolution
4.1. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 hours of the service completion, with a detailed explanation of the dissatisfaction or issue with the service.
4.2. In the event of a complaint or dispute, the freelance hairdresser will be notified immediately and will have the opportunity to address the concerns raised by the client.
4.3. Hairhere agrees to facilitate communication between the client and the freelance hairdresser if needed.

5. Hairhere’s Role and Liability
5.1. Hairhere acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the freelance hairdresser or the outcome of any disputes between the client and the hairdresser.
5.2. Hairhere assumes no liability for dissatisfaction with the service or any losses or claims resulting from the client’s engagement with the freelance hairdresser.
5.3. The 30% non-refundable fee paid to Hairhere is for the facilitation of the service and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Complaint Handling
6.1. In the event of a complaint or dispute, Hairhere will make reasonable efforts to discuss the matter with both the client and the freelance hairdresser to seek a mutually beneficial outcome, without being obligated to enforce or mediate a resolution.
6.2. Hairhere’s involvement in the complaint process is limited to facilitating communication and suggesting potential solutions. The final resolution is solely between the client and the freelance hairdresser.

7. Payment Release
7.1. If no complaint or refund request is made within the 10-hour window following the completion of the service, the payment of 70% of the contract amount will be released in full to the freelance hairdresser.
7.2. Hairhere will process its non-refundable 30% fee upon completion of the service, irrespective of any client approval or dissatisfaction.

8. Cancellation Policy
8.1. If the client cancels the hairdressing appointment prior to the service being rendered, any refund or cancellation terms will depend on the specific contract between the client and the freelance hairdresser. Hairhere's 30% facilitation fee remains non-refundable.
8.2. In cases of cancellation after services have begun or been completed, the client must follow the dispute process outlined above.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting and receiving services from a freelance hairdresser through Hairhere, the client agrees to these terms and conditions, including the payment structure, approval process, and Hairhere’s limited role in disputes.
